That always depends on your location - now more than ever.  

Florida is typically a place people migrate to, but these days less people seem to be migrating. Summer and hurricane season are NOT buyer's favorites, so hopefully as we move through these events, more heads will turn Florida's way.

Florida is typically a place people migrate to, but these days less people seem to be migrating. Summer and hurricane season are NOT buyer's favorites, so hopefully as we move through these events, more heads will turn Florida's way.

There is low inventory today but there is also low buyer interest. Typically that creates a more balanced market, but these days, if a property is priced well, it will go very quickly. Like in a sellers market. If it is not priced well, it will sit.

 A Realtor is a Real Estate Agent that has taken an oath to uphold the Code Of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.  A Realtor goes the extra million miles to be responsible to clients and customers, the public as well as other agents. Anyone who takes the sanctioned classes and passes the state licensing test can be a real est

Anyone who takes the sanctioned classes and passes the state licensing test can be a real estate agent. That does not make them a Realtor. Realtors agrees to be held to a higher standard.
